I’m Dr. Fred Baker. I’m a designer at heart!

Most of my education and expertise is with Instructional Systems Design, and I help individuals and organizations learn to grow and improve performance.

This desire to coach others to grow into their best selves is also why I became an educator. I have been teaching and training for over ten years online, face-to-face, and in blended environments.

Additionally, my research and consulting interests involve using systems thinking and design approaches to address challenges, problem solve, and improve performance in individuals, communities, and organizations.
