I’m a designer at heart from the last generation to have the phone cord attached to the wall. While I have always been tech savvy, I also remember a time when people were free to step away and technology was on the fringes of everyday life. In many ways, I long for the quieter days where there was more mental space in the margins of everyday happenings.
Now that technology plays a mediating role in everything from how we work and connect to how we sleep and brush our teeth, the need for effective training has never been more important. This is a digital age.
For more than a decade, I have been doing and teaching Instructional Design in a variety of settings. Before that, I held leadership roles in several industries. I have taught, trained, coached, and mentored thousands of people; designed, developed, taught, and/or reviewed hundreds of courses and workshops; and published a stack of scholarly articles on topics ranging from open education to systemic design and design thinking.
In 2020, I began freelance work, and now I’m here to bring all of that experience to bear for you.
Let me know how I can help!
